How can counselling help me?
You may be considering counselling for any number of reasons.
The important element to know is that counselling can make a positive impact on your life as it has for countless others – and not just for today, but the rest of your life.
Counselling can be beneficial in dealing with:
- Sexual abuse
- Low self-esteem
- Body image
- Getting fit
- Crafting a healthier work/life balance
- Believing in yourself
- Finding and developing your passion
- Career changes/development
- Processing change
- Learning how to be assertive
- Improving communication skills
Our number one goal is to equip you with the tools you need to deal with life’s many challenges.
This can be achieved through a multitude of approaches tailored to your individual needs.
What can I expect at my counselling sessions?
Each one hour session is dedicated to you. It’s your space to figure out what is working in life, and what isn’t.
There is no judgement or expectation that you ‘keep up appearances’ in the therapeutic environment.
This is your hour to use as you please; enjoying the freedom to say anything that’s on your mind while feeling supported.
Our goal is to equip you with the tools to manage all the things life throws at you.
We provide an open ear, guidance and clarity to help you discover healthy ways to process your thoughts and implement strategies to get you where you’d like to be.
